We are looking for experienced general and skilled labourers for a number of assignments across the Auckland Region.

Job Overview:
We’re looking for physically fit and motivated labourers for a range of residential, commercial, and civil construction sites. Whether you’re an experienced site hand or a skilled labourer with tool experience, we have full-time opportunities with respected contractors ready to go.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general site duties including clean-up, material handling, and basic groundwork
• Assist tradespeople and machine operators with tasks such as digging, backfilling, and compacting
• Operate small plant and hand tools (e.g. jackhammers, plate compactors, drills)
• Set up and dismantle temporary structures such as scaffolding, barriers, and fencing
• Load and unload construction materials and tools
• Carry out minor carpentry or concrete prep tasks (for skilled labourers)
• Follow site safety instructions and report hazards as needed

Skills & Experience Required:

• 1–3+ years of experience in construction, civil, or labouring roles
• Competent using hand and power tools (skilled labourers)
• Ability to read basic site instructions or drawings is an advantage
• Physically fit, reliable, and comfortable with manual work
• Site Safe or ConstructSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Own transport preferred but not essential
• Great attitude and teamwork skills are essential
